1. Eligibility for Returns:
Order Processing:
Returns are accepted within one day of the delivery date. Edible items should be sent straight away after receiving the delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

2. Initiating a Return:
Customers must initiate the return process through the app using customer support.

3. Return Authorization:
Once the return request is submitted, it will be reviewed for approval.
Customers will receive notification of the return authorization status through the app.

4. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for return shipments.

5. Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of items not meeting these criteria.

6. Refund Process:
Once the returned items are received and inspected, customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.
The refund will be processed to the original payment method within [X] business days if approved.

7. Exchanges:
